

Aaron brings more than 20 years of experience in the environmental field. His career began at just 19 years old at a native plant nursery before moving into large-scale restoration projects, where he discovered his lifelong passion for protecting natural resources.
In 2016, Aaron started his journey to become one of Washington and Oregon’s top stormwater & environmental compliance experts, serving as a trusted authority in clean water management and compliance. Today, he leads ERSM’s operations with integrity, responsiveness, and a people-focused approach to leadership—ensuring effective outcomes and strong relationships with every client and colleague.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys mountain biking, camping, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

With over 13 years of experience in environmental management, Ryan brings a strong background in stormwater project management, erosion control, and native plant restoration. His career has spanned native plant nurseries, reforestry, invasive species management, and stormwater companies, making him a versatile and valuable member of the ERSM team.
Passionate about sustainability and conservation, Ryan is dedicated to improving the environmental impact of infrastructure projects. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, bird watching, and exploring the outdoors with his wife.

Brian brings over six years of experience in the environmental sector. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Washington State University, he began his career on a restoration crew, gaining hands-on experience managing wetland and stormwater projects across Washington and Oregon.
Since then, Brian has developed expertise in wetland delineations, restoration project management, stormwater compliance, and erosion control as a certified CESCL. He is dedicated to advancing restoration outcomes and protecting local ecosystems.

Austin brings five years of experience in ecological restoration and mitigation. A graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Environmental and Ecosystem Sciences, he has managed projects throughout Washington and Oregon, from the sagebrush landscapes of the east side to the watersheds of Vancouver. His specialized expertise in noxious weed management plays a vital role in the long-term success of ERSM’s restoration projects.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys snowboarding, dirt biking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. He also dedicates time on weekends to volunteering with local nonprofits.

Cameron brings over six years of experience in the environmental field, working his way from field crew to project manager and now leading ERSM’s expansion into Northern Washington. His career has fueled a deep passion for protecting natural environments and vital waterways through regulatory compliance, client and public education, and positive project outcomes.
Known for his kindhearted approach and respect for others, Cameron builds strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and communities. Outside of work, he enjoys one-wheeling the hilly streets of Bremerton and playing adventure-style games with his two children, ages 6 and 9.
